Laurney Lodge is a family run business.
Having owned a successful dog walking business in Aberdeen for 7 years, the time came to start a family and move south and set up a family home. Riley, my son, was too heavy to carry around while walking dogs and the travelling daily was too much so, sadly i had to give it all up. However, i didn’t want to give up working with dogs.
Being a farmers daughter, I love animals, but working from home with the kids seemed like the only option. And so, here we are!!! Aberdeenshire’s newest Luxury Dog Hotel!!
I know how stressful it can be just thinking about putting your much loved dog in to kennels, so I wanted to create a home from home for dogs. I wanted it to look like a room in a house, which most dogs are used to, with the added luxury of a TV.
Your dogs will have their 2 walks a day of half an hour, along with extra human time. They will be allowed out of their rooms to be groomed or played with. They will get out to the exercise area to play with a ball or toys.
Our main aim is to make them feel at home and try to keep things as similar as possible to what they are used to at home.
As we live on the premises, you have that added peace of mind that they will have security 24/7 and care. There is also a Veterinary surgeon on call 24/7
We also provide a drop off and pick up service in our fully customized van.
